*Thursday morning adjusting hours are for families who may need extra assistance holding babies OR just want to go somewhere that DOESN'T mind that your kid is going to be running around while you get adjusted OR just wants the camaraderie of being around other families who get their kiddos adjusted! Thursday hours are not available for online booking, and must be booked by a front desk assistant.

About Me

Since 2003 I’ve called Hawaii my home. Though I traveled a long way to get here, I’m originally from NY, this is where my heart is happiest.

I’m a graduate of New York Chiropractic College and did my undergrad in upstate NY as well.

My early exposure to chiropractic has shaped my love for this profession. My first adjustment was at age 7 and just for the health of it!

Throughout my career I’ve focused on serving athletes, kids and pregnant mommas. I am Webster certified and adore helping mommas stay healthy through the transition to motherhood.

Nutrition is also a passion of mine. I love cooking, researching recipes, sourcing ingredients and eating!

I’m a mom of two little girls who are my absolute world. We love to play at the beach, explore on hikes, and make a mess in the kitchen together.

After a two year break to be a full time mom, I’m back in practice and joining the Island Family Chiropractic team to serve in the Hawaii Kai office.
