Maribel Sandoval oversees operations across all Island Family Chiropractic clinic locations. She is passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences while building strong, high-performing teams that deliver compassionate, efficient, and consistent care.

With an extensive background in operations, leadership, marketing, and organizational development, Maribel focuses on improving clinic performance, developing team members, implementing streamlined processes, and ensuring every patient receives outstanding service from their first phone call through their wellness journey. She works closely with doctors and staff to strengthen communication, enhance patient satisfaction, and support the continued growth of the practice.

Maribel holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, specializing in leadership, organizational effectiveness, and employee performance. Her leadership philosophy centers on fostering a positive workplace culture, developing people, and creating systems that help both employees and patients thrive.

Outside of Island Family Chiropractic, Maribel is the founder of the Hawaii Volleyball Club, where she creates opportunities for kids and adults across Oʻahu to stay active, build friendships, and connect through the sport of volleyball. She also serves as a writer for Inspire Church, using her passion for storytelling to create meaningful content that encourages and inspires others. Whether in the workplace or the community, Maribel is dedicated to making a positive impact through leadership, service, and connection.
